Visualization on gratitude (Part 2)

posted in Visualization, Law Of Attraction, Science of Getting Rich, Manifesting, gratitude |

Then best time to do the visualization on gratitude is in the morning when you wake up. Do this visualization exercise when it is quiet to prepare yourself mentally for the day ahead. Start by finding a comfortable place where you can sit quietly and make sure there won’t be any distractions while you are doing this visualization.

Take a few deep breaths and breath slower and slower. Imagine and see yourself in a place that is so serene and tranquil. Your mind starts to relax. Feel your body begin to let go of all the tensions that you might have. Begin to feel that you are connected to the universe. Feel that you are unbounded and free.

There are so much that we can be grateful for. Really feel the emotion of happiness that your life is full of abundance and joy. Be thankful for what today is. Be grateful for today.

Start by being grateful for everything within you. Give thanks to your health and your body. Be happy that you are alive today. What else within you that you can be happy about? What about your intelligence, your ability to love unconditionally and your compassion?

Then expand out to things or event around you. Be grateful for your family and friends. Who do you love? Who loves you? Who is contributing to your life? Who is helping you either directly or indirectly? Be grateful for the job your have or the business that you run. Be grateful for the place you live. What else can you be grateful for?

Expand even more to the people that you interact with everyday. For the opportunities that are around you all the time, and for the peaceful country that you live in.
Do this exercise daily and see what will happen to your thoughts, your feelings and your life.

Gratitude equals wealth. You’ve probably heard one of those expressions before… or at least something similar. Certainly the connection seems true on an internal, emotional level. It’s hard to imagine feeling wealthy without also being grateful.
