You can create the life that you want by first creating the images in your head. This is because you will attract whatever you consistently visualize.
Why does visualization cause the attraction process to take place? Wallace D Wattles in The Science of Getting Rich, wrote that in order for you to attract anything into your life, you have to believe with conviction that you will receive what you asked for. One of the best ways to make your mind believe what you asked for will come true is by doing visualization.
When you believe that you can achieve something, you send out a stronger energy. You are more confident and you will perform better. People will pick up your level of energy in a subconscious level and will respond to you positively. This is true in business, relationships, health or even sports. Rebecca Smith, a clinical research assistant in sports psychology at the U.S. Olympic Training center in Colorado, said that professional athletes spend a good deal of time visualizing their victory by telling their minds exactly what they want their bodies to achieve.
It is important for you to visualize consistently of the things or events you want. In order to feed your mind with visualization ideas and to focus your mind, you can create a vision board. A vision board is a collection of pictures or words of your goals or what you want to achieve. These pictures are put together to create a collage that gives you an emotional charge everytime you look at it. The pictures that you put on your vision board can be your dream home, cars, holidays, or certain lifestyles that you want. You can put pictures that give you a strong positive emotion. You can also put some inspirational words or phrases.
