I was sceptical about this principle until I experienced myself in the game of golf. I was always a bit of a 'hacker' at the game, and it was a matter of luck as to whether or not the ball went into the hole. When I started to see in my mind's eye the ball following a smooth trajectory towards the green and then coming to rest near the hole - it started to happen! It was magical! Now I try to apply this technique to other areas of life, and things have started to 'flow' in a way which makes everything (or most things!) easier!
